All of our instructors are fully vetted, qualified and insured professionals.
One of the best things about SalonYoga is our personal approach. We’ve learnt by speaking directly with over 50 salons that we all experience our discomfort and pains in different parts of our bodies. Our skeletons are all different and we all develop our own bad postural habits.
So, our more personal approach enables our instructors to get to know what your bodies are experiencing individually and continuously develop your salon class based on that.
Don’t be shy please: speak to us to arrange your SalonYoga class in your very own salon. Of course, trial classes are available before committing to a block of lessons. We can offer classes before you open your salon, during the day, or at the end of your day after closing. We’re always here to answer any questions you might have.
Pricing for Classes
We want to make it as convenient as possible for any salon worker to maintain a healthy body and mind so we offer you the choice of either a private group class in your own salon or you can attend one of our local studio classes.
Oh and don’t forget you can claim the class costs as a business expense!

Do SalonYoga supply the yoga mats?
Our instructors always carry a couple of spares for those that forget their mat, however, we also sell mats at competitive prices and recommend all salon yogis to buy one; be it from us or any other quality retailer.
